In Bend, the Urban Growth Boundary is expanding, bringing with it more homes. Deschutes County, at a growth rate of 3.5%, this past year, is the fastest growing county in the state. What this means to home sellers, is more motivated buyers entering the market before buying power drops, higher competition as more building is soon to occur, and our secret is out – people are coming here to live, work, and play where we do – again, more motivated buyers.
