Oregon State University-Cascades uncovered its site plan Thursday night for the introductory period of its improvement into a four-year school.
General society meeting, in Cascades Hall on the Central Oregon Community College facilities, was required as a component of the city’s property utilization process. Those in the 70-individual gathering of people, who were all given feedback forms, heard arrangements for the layout of buildings and transportation administration on a 10 acre site adjacent to the Southwest Chandler Avenue and Century Drive indirect.
The school plans to have this area up and running by the fall of 2015, with something like 1,900 students. The presenters did not address the college’s longer-term plans, which call for 5,000 understudies by 2025.
The school envisions pleasing this extra development with the buy of an adjoining 46 acres site.
The displayed site arrangement calls for two vehicle access focuses, one off Century and the other from Chandler, which will both sustain into a parking garage behind the yard structures.
