• 2% – You find the buyer, not through our advertising (no other broker involved)
• 3.5% – I find the buyer and write the contract (no other broker involved)
• 4.5% – Another agent finds the buyer, through the MLS

Homes $749k and UNDER

• 2% – You find the buyer, not through our advertising (no other broker involved)
• 4% – I find the buyer and write the contract (no other broker involved)
• 5% – Another agent finds the buyer, through the MLS

Lots $50K and UP

• 5% 

Lots $26k – $49k

• 6% 

Lots $25k and UNDER

Flat fee of $1500
